Product Range Touchstones diamante decorated shirts have the broadest appeal and we offer a huge range of personalisation options. We make personalised diamante t shirts for children, teenagers and adults, for a range of occasions. Weddings & Hens are the ideal time for a diamante t shirt and the almost obligatory 'married name' T shirt is always an important part of our business. Civil partnership ceremonies also offer many diamante opportunities, for products such as ties as well as T shirts.
We have split the products into groups but
you should consider everything as a starting point. We are here to make your
personalised designs, so if
you have a particular design in mind All Touchstones diamante shirts are priced at £19.97 each plus p&p for up to 10 letters, with £1.00 for each extra letter. Bespoke motif designs are of course, priced individually. We know it's a bit old-fashioned but we don't have an on-line shop. You can order your Touchstones product by calling our workshop on 01572 813 747 or print out the order form and post it to us. If you have any questions at all please email us. Here are answers to some of the most common FAQ's FAQ's Can I choose the font or angle of the writing in the design? Yes - as everything is done by hand we can make anything you want, although we normally make designs in either a script font or Arial and mostly horizontally across the shirt. Another issue we take into account is when we have a request for a design on the back of the shirt, we check details of hair length before deciding where to place the design on the shirt. How do I order & pay for a shirt ? We don't have an online shop, but you can call our studio on 01572 813 747 and place your order, using a credit or debit card. Alternatively you can print out our order form from the 'order' page and send it to us in the post, paying either by cheque or by card. How long does delivery take ? Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. If you need something more urgently, then call the studio and we can discuss what shirts we have in stock and how quickly we can react. We have even taken telephone orders and dispatched them on the same day!! so if you're late don't worry, call us. You should also know that we do not charge you extra for a quick delivery, unlike other suppliers. Do you offer discounts for volume orders? Yes, even if every design in the volume order is different, so please contact us to discuss your requirements. How do you send the shirts out ? All deliveries are sent by first class recorded delivery in the UK and Royal Mail 'Airsure' for Europe. You will be required to sign for the delivery but it offers both speed and proof of delivery, which is important. If needed we can send your order to a work address. How much is Post & Packing ? Our prices for post & packing are £3.50 for the first shirt and £1.00 for each additional shirt sent to the same address in the UK, Channel Islands & the Isle of Man What is your complaints policy ? We are not prepared to have unhappy customers, because you are our word of mouth recommendation and our best advertising!! We could quote you all sorts of legal stuff and yes you have statutory rights, but ours is a business where we work with each customer individually. We have NEVER had an issue that was not resolved to the total satisfaction of the customer. Why are your shirts priced at £19.97 for a bespoke personalised product, when I can buy both cheaper & more expensive ? Everything we make is done by hand. We only use Swarovski diamantes and heavyweight T shirts. After 15 years in the textile industry, we know these are the very best but also the most expensive. However we are able to buy shirts and diamantes at good prices due to our contacts in the industry and our mark-up is what we consider fair for the bespoke nature of the work and the quality of the product. We hope you will agree. If you want to compare a Touchstones product with another supplier, you must consider the quality of the stones, the weight of the shirt and the size of the diamante design as well as price and service levels. What size are the diamante designs ? Our designs can be up to 28cm in length and 4 cm in height (for capitals), which is very large. When we have a short name or slogan, we make the letters in an even larger font size to maximise impact, so everyone will get good value for money. Why do you not offer a DIY transfer service ? Because the stones will fall off!!. Instead, we are happy for you to send us your garment and we will apply a design for you, using our special technology. The reason is that Hot-Fix Diamantes have glue on the back of them, which requires an optimised combination of heat, pressure and time to ensure perfect adhesion. There is no domestic process that can replicate this system. Without a professional level of control, you have no guarantee of a good result, so please email us with your ideas for applying a design to your own garment, it really is best for a long-lasting solution. Why don't you show diamante shirts for a baby or toddler ? We would prefer not to supply a diamante garment for any child under three years old, for the same reason toys with small parts state they are not suitable for under-threes. Sometimes the best things in life come to those that wait! What feedback have you received from customers ? Here's just a small sample of the lovely comments we have got from customers Remember me, ?
